How we will work together
- LIVE weekly classes on zoom - classes are on Mondays from 8:30 to 9:30 am (Est). The recording of the class is available in the library of video workouts within 8 hours of the class.
- The workouts increase accordingly—each one specifically designed to tone, strengthen, and rehab your core and pelvic floor (complete with detailed modification options that will make each workout challenging and manageable, no matter your fitness level!).
- Weekly pre-recorded homework and PDF cheat sheets.
- An easy-to-follow Foundations Training for your first week in the program that will help you identify your movement blind spots.
- A simple, step-by-step training schedule for all twelve weeks of the program, so you never have to wonder which recording to watch if you missed a class or which homework to complete.
