- The Kettlebell classes are held on Monday - 7:30 - 8:30pm and Friday 8:30 - 9:30am each week
- All the classes are recorded, so if you miss a class, you can practice using the recordings.

You'll find this course is loaded with easy-to-follow instructions and plenty of practical tips. Plus, each class is structured to gradually build your confidence and skill set, so that you have a solid foundation and keep improving throughout your practice.

This class is offered as a LIVE zoom call (and recorded if you cannot attend LIVE), so I am monitoring the participants for proper technique and safety.
