Does this Sound Familiar?
I loved being active and participated in many activities when I was younger. But, right now my knees are uncomfortable and I am reducing my activity levels as a result.
I have had x-rays which have shown some knee joint degeneration or arthritis.
I am healthy and active at the moment, and my knees are not causing me too many problems, but I want to avoid the issues that my parents had for as long as possible.
I have been told that I am heading towards a knee replacement - but I want to avoid that for as long as possible.
I am motivated and committed to investing 40-50 minutes at least three times a week to practice these exercise sessions
If you said yes to any of these questions - These 4 sessions of Knee Strengthening are perfect for you.
Training for happy KNEES
Knee pain and osteoarthritis are extremely common in adults. When we have knee pain, we often focus on the knee itself as opposed to what’s above it or below it.
The truth of the matter is the knee is in the middle of the limb, so if there was no traumatic injury to the joint it’s usually a victim of hip or foot circumstances.
We are going to take the next 4 weeks to do some culprit training on the hips and knees as well as dedicated knee training to get those joints happy!!!
