Over the next 21 Days, you will find and learn where & how sugar has been holding you back from reaching your health goals and then put it into action with a 14 day “Sugar Shutdown” where we will transition away from sugar.
The challenge will be broken down as follows:
Day 1 to 7: Becoming a Sugar Detective
Day 8- 21: Follow the 14 Day Sugar Shutdown
Day 21: Stepping into your new you.
Please note this is NOT about cutting out all carbs (yes there will be carbs
included) but learning how to shift to a low glycemic way of eating, nutritionally dense approach to your diet for good.

As your Sugar Shutdown coach, I am here to motivate you throughout the challenge everyday with all the practical tools and LIVE check-ins. You will use the tracking sheet provided to mark you progress. Once you have completed the habits on a particular day, put an X in the box.
