Do you have a hip or shoulder pain that just won’t go away? You’re probably thinking there’s no way it could be stemming from some other joint!!

Here is why that old shoulder injury may be responsible for your ongoing hip pain!

Our bodies have a chain of muscles and connective tissue that link the shoulder and opposite hip — together, they’re known as the posterior oblique sling. It plays a vital role in walking, throwing, and twisting. When this sling is disrupted (like after an old shoulder injury), the opposite hip may be forced to compensate, often resulting in pain or stiffness.

In this 4-sessions course, we work on strengthening all the muscles in the oblique chain to help you move better and stay pain-free.

Get Back to What You Love - Pain-Free!

Whether you have hip pain, knee pain or foot pain, the reality is it's all connected.

We can't really "spot fix" any one body part without looking at how that part is connected to the neighbouring bits. Like your hips and shoulders have a special connection. It is known as the Posterior Oblique Chain. Your right shoulder is connected through facial to the left hip, and you right hip and left shoulder are connected.

Our movement patterns and habits affect how each of these parts function, and how they support each other or compensate for each other.

This 4-session course brings it all together so you can move better, feel better and be confident that you can accomplish your goals and do the things you love!
