The Menopause Reframed membership is a program that I created to provide you with tools and practices that help you stay consistent and engaged. It is a program where you will get access to strength training that is tailored to meet your particular needs, find information that helps you take care of your health, and accelerate your results. I am offering a place where you can come for a shot of clarity amidst a sea of confusion in the health and fitness world. It is also a safe, sane place to find challenges that will re-engage you to take care of yourself.

Every month you will get…

One weekly strength training class – LIVE – through zoom. There will be a morning (8:30am to 9:30am) option and an evening option (7:30pm to 8:30pm). A replay is available if there are days when you cannot make it.

Two weekly Kettlebell training class - LIVE - through zoom. There is a morning (8:30am to 9:30am) option and an evening option (7:30pm to 8:30pm). A replay is available for those days when you cannot make it to a live class

Two extra homework videos a week: Research shows that one training session a week is not enough to see long lasting changes in terms of building a strong and resilient body and spirit. You will have access to two more strength training videos a week. Want to workout early in the morning before you being work? Everything is here!

Unlimited access to yoga and meditation classes: I teach 6 yoga classes and 2 meditation classes a week. You are welcome to attend them all or pick and choose. You also get a recording of the classes.

One new monthly challenge that will help you focus on things that reward you with energy, improve your nutrition, enhance your sleep, reduce your stress, or boost your metabolism. Need an arms, abs, or buns challenge? Need to hydrate or get those greens in? Need to sleep better or get more mobile? There’s a challenge for that!

Nutritional content and recipes with an emphasis on hormone balancing, anxiety calming, sleep-enhancing, craving-killing foods that you can enjoy. They have to pass the yummy (and easy) test before they make the cut. You can have your kale and dessert too. [non-dairy, non-soy, gluten-free, and many offer a vegetarian twist or you can substitute plant-based protein easily]

A community of like-minded, supportive women in our Private Facebook Group. Here you can share your questions, answers, successes, and challenges. You’ll find uplifting support from other members of the group and you can tag me if you have a question you want me to see right away.

Live Q&As with me in the Private Facebook Group. I jump in and do live coaching around special challenges, and topics like fat loss, metabolism, joint care, sleep, stress/hormone balance. It will all be at your fingertips!

An SOS call every 6 months if you need help cleaning up your pantry, restructuring your exercise routine, getting a reboot, that’s what your SOS call is for. You’ll have access to my calendar to book your SOS 30 minute zoom call once each 6 months. This is available for premium membership.

60 minutes Massage or reflexology – this option is available for the premium membership, Being healthy includes taking care of any tight tissue in the body. These massage sessions will help you achieve that.

I am passionately committed to helping women enjoy a healthy menopause transition through healthy nutritional plans, and sustainable movement and exercise. I am a Holistic Core Restore Coach (Pelvic and Core Health), and Peri/Post Menopause Women’s health coach. I am also trained as a Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist (focusing on mobility), strength training coach and Movement Natural Coach.

I am dedicated to helping women reclaim their best physical, mental and emotional selves and enjoy good, functional health for life. I have combined all my training in movement/strength/yoga with my Women’s health coach training and peri and post menopause training to offer services that keep women 45 years and over strong, fit, and injury-free as they journey through all stages of their lives.

When does the membership start and finish?
The membership starts now and only ends when you unsubscribe to the membership. You can log in any time for your workouts, nutritional content or any other content that you want to consult.
How long do I have access to the content?
After subscribing, you have unlimited access to the content of this site for as long as you are a member - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the membership?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me in the first 30 days and we will refund the portion of your subscription that has not been used.
